1. About these terms

4. Accounts and account security
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for keeping your login details, recovery methods and devices secure. Information you provide must be accurate and kept reasonably current.
You must not share, sell or transfer access in a way that is inconsistent with the plan you selected. If you believe your account or credentials have been compromised, stop using the affected credentials and contact Valid VPN through the support channel made available on the website or in the application.
5. Plans, payments and cancellation
Prices, billing periods, included features, payment timing and any applicable taxes are presented when you purchase a plan. By completing a purchase, you authorize the selected payment provider to collect the amounts disclosed at checkout.
A plan renews automatically only when it is identified as recurring during purchase. Renewal and cancellation instructions will be provided through the relevant account, receipt, application store or payment platform. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal charges but does not reverse a charge that has already become due, except where required by law or allowed by the refund terms presented with your purchase.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a specific connection speed, permanent availability of a server location or compatibility with every website, application or device.
No VPN service can guarantee complete anonymity, eliminate every security risk or ensure access to all online content. You remain responsible for evaluating whether the service is appropriate for your needs.
10. Updates and technical requirements
Applications may require updates to remain secure or compatible with the service. Some updates may be installed through your device or application store settings. Older versions may stop functioning when an update is necessary for security, compatibility or continued operation.

Valid VPN is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, unsupported devices, third-party services, your failure to protect account credentials or use that violates these terms.
Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including any mandatory consumer protection rights.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses, claims and costs resulting from your unlawful use of the service, your material breach of these terms or your infringement of another person’s rights. This provision does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by Valid VPN.
18. Applicable law and disputes
Applicable law, jurisdiction and mandatory consumer protections may depend on your location, the location of the service operator and the purchase channel you use. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
